By filling the outer jacket, main shaft, and spiral fins with steam for heating, it is ensured that the raw fish is cooked and thoroughly cooked, in order to avoid the adverse phenomenon of a large amount of condensed water mixed into the material when using steam direct injection heating, which may cause the loss of fish meal protein;
? The power adopts a stepless speed regulation motor, which changes the spindle speed of the cooking machine to meet the production process requirements of different seasons, different fish species, and changes in fish body size;
? By utilizing an automatic drainage system, all steam condensate is recovered to the boiler, thereby reducing energy consumption;
? The two ends of the spindle are equipped with automatic adjustment and compression sealing devices, avoiding water or liquid leakage in the cooking machine and maintaining indoor hygiene in the workshop;
