1. Adopting the principle of spiral pressing, it is suitable for the pressing and dehydration of various high humidity materials and the degreasing treatment of animal materials;

2. The equipment has a reasonable structure, high dehydration and degreasing rate, low energy consumption, and is easy to maintain

3. The main shaft is made of 45 # steel material, and the spiral blades are welded with Q345 to improve the wear resistance of the equipment. The compression ratio is designed according to different materials to achieve the best dehydration and degreasing effect;

4. Adopting an excitation speed regulation motor, the spindle speed is adjusted for different materials to ensure the optimal pressing effect. Depending on the output, the spindle can be designed as a single or double axis structure;

5. Double axis press, with two spirals rotating in reverse to prevent the material from rotating together with the spiral.

6. The screen and outer cover are made of stainless steel to enhance corrosion resistance and extend the service life of the equipment,

7. Adopting a fully enclosed structure to ensure no liquid or steam leakage during the production process, and maintaining a clean working environment;

8. The bottom of the rack is a groove type, which can collect the separated grease and water.
